The Role
We’re looking for talented junior Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team in Paris and London, working with our French speaking clients. You will directly report to one of our squad leaders, and will join a dynamic and fast-growing team which generates significant contribution to YOOBIC DNA and goals.

As part of your role, you’ll be included in one of our CSM squads and you will work on a dedicated client portfolio, focusing on client satisfaction and retention.

This role is a great opportunity to act at the same time as a project manager, a consultant, a product expert, and also one of the main client interlocutor. It is a great way to discover many aspects of the development of a SaaS company!

What you’ll do

  • Manage and grow relationship with Key Client stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, ensure optimal use of Solution
  • Define high-level strategy and objectives with Clients to ensure long-term adoption and satisfaction of the Solution
  • Day-to-day follow-up on client activity and operations
  • Data analysis to issue recommendations about the use of the Solution
  • Act as a functional and technical advisor
  • Take a proactive approach to client issue resolution
  • Work closely with the Account Manager to build solid customer relationships and account planning
  • Work closely with the Development and Product teams to participate in the evolution of the app based on market requirements

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Technical and/or analytical education
  • (ex: Computer Science, Engineering, Sciences, Finances, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, etc.)
  • Expert knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proactive and “get things done” attitude
  • Able to learn fast and solve problems
  • Resourceful, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and to work within an international environment
  • Intellectually curious, tenacious and organised
  • Interest in start-ups and new technologies
  • Languages: French at native level, fluent in English. Additional language is a plus (German, Spanish, Italian,…)
